**Overview**

**Duties**
- Support sales and management teams with administration based duties.
- Daily and weekly stock and cash reconciliations, with general cashiering duties.
- Performing bookkeeping data entry, updating financial information.
- Provide clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Handle basic accounting tasks including invoicing.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow within the office.

**Skills**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to type quickly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and telephone skills to foster positive relationships within the team and with external contacts.
- Previous experience in an office environment is advantageous but not essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £491.40 per week
