Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support the operational and delivery aspects of the hydrogen Village project you will coordinate multiple projects to ensure interfaces, risks and critical paths are aligned to industry best practice.

Day to Day:

- Tracking and reporting accurate project costs with narrative to the Hydrogen Village Project
- Managing and leveraging relationships between stakeholder teams to ensure project objectives are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Providing regular written and verbal updates on the status of projects to our customer, stakeholders and senior managers.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to ensure all teams are established to deliver agreed implementation plans necessary to support the delivery of connections.
- Working across the team and wider business to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and build a stronger understanding of the role that the renewables market has to play within the gas industry.
- Acting as customer contact throughout the delivery of the construction phase of the project ensuring all issues are disseminated to the appropriate stakeholder and responded in an efficient and clear manner.
- Support the Hydrogen processes and procedures and ensure that the whole team work effectively
- Acting as a single point of contact representing Cadent with key stakeholders following the delivery of projects and pro-actively seek feedback and document lessons learned.
- Actively identify dependencies and constraints and highlighting key issues, risk, opportunities and mitigations.
- Support the production of business cases and evaluation of projects of cost and benefits, providing project summaries and reporting to the relevant decision-making forums.
- Support the Conversion Manager in developing appropriate programme summaries, project documents and business cases.
- Manage the programme document libraries, data sharing and archiving strategies, ensuring that summaries are up to date for communication.
- Ensure that completed projects are successfully archived and available for audit if needed

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Passion for net zero and the decarbonisation agenda
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship building skills.
- Highly developed presentation and communication skills
- Valid Driving Licence
- Will need to demonstrate involvement in the delivery of business projects
- Experience of interpreting data and making recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
