An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Co-Ordinator & System Administrator to join the Litigation System Team on a 12 month Secondment
The Project Co-Ordinator & System Administrator is a fundamental position within MCS, developing new and existing customer engagement strategies within the company’s IT architecture including Nexum/Adare Smart Edit and the MCS Website.
**Some of the key responsibilities include**:
- Support the Business Change Manager in delivering key business projects within the scope and deadlines set
- Proactively identify opportunities to make improvements to systems, processes and practices
- Develop customer engagement strategies on Nexum/with the Cabot Data Team
- Manage assigned projects through their full life cycle ensuring requirements are met, whilst adhering to project delivery methodology
- Develop, map, maintain and document Nexum strategies/processes reflecting business requirements and existing business processes, systems architecture and compliance guidelines utilising Nexum/Adare SmartEdit/MCS Website
- Pre and Post implementation testing of all customer treatment paths deployed
- Provide fulfilment of basic Nexum/Land Registry user requests
- Act as interface between business and Nexum/CCM Service Desk for escalation and monitoring of medium and low priority incidents
**We are looking for someone with**:
- Experience in managing relationships with all MCS departments, in addition to
- Cabot Group Departments as required
- A good understanding of how Nexum works
- Experience in liaising with other business stakeholders to undertake the development and support of the activity identified in key responsibilities
- Experience in working with third party suppliers
- PRINCE2/Project Management qualification
- Certificate in Querying Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent
- Debt recovery/civil litigation experience
- Experience in operations process analysis and problem solving
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to plan, organise, co-ordinate and control work under pressure
- The ability to communicate clearly and promptly any issues
