We are looking for Customer Service Advisor's to work with one of the UK's largest banks based in **Wolverhampton (WV9 5HA)**.

**Start Date - ASAP**
**Salary - £10.64 an hour**
**Contract - 6 months**
**Interview - Teams Interview with HM**
**Location - Wolverhampton**

**General Key Skills**
- Good communication - oral and written

- Telephony experience preferred

**Customer Service Advisor**
- Provide a high-quality service by managing inbound telephony queries, keeping it simple and making it easier to do business with Lloyds Banking Group
- Provide support to Commercial clients requiring help with their day-to-day banking needs
- Take ownership of client problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalating when required
- Support Lloyds Banking Group's wider team to ensure that performance standards and business objectives are met
- Take ownership of personal development and training, through regular review of performance against business objectives
- Personally contribute to an environment where colleagues want to work and customers feel valued
- Consistently demonstrate Lloyds Banking Group values and behaviours
