- Cavalier Marketing is a family run business based in Yorkshire with over 100 years of experience within the bathroom market. With an established reputation for manufacturing quality products our company is passionate about preserving manufacturing in the UK._
**_Main Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Team: _**
- _Processing sales orders_
- _Dealing with customer enquiries_
- _Managing customer expectations_
- _Communicating with customers regarding all aspects of their order, such as delivery dates, pricing, stock availability etc_
- _Ensure good working relationships are created and maintained with external Customers_
- _General administrative duties_
**_Relevant Experience Required_**
- _Previous experience in administration._
- _Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal._
- _Right first-time attitude._
- _Accurate and precise_
- _Driven to provide the best Customer Experience possible._
- _Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs, with excellent keyboard skills._
- _Flexible approach with drive to get the job done_
- _Proactive team player_
- _A strong team player, supportive of colleagues._
- Our core business hours are 08:45 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:45 - 16:00 on a Friday._
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £19,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
