This is a 6 month fixed term contact, to support the internal Sales activities for Teconnex, manage the flow of information in and out of the Sales department. You will be an anchor point and the glue between the customers BDM’s and Engineers supporting business development activities. Ensure quotations and administrative tasks are delivered/completed on time.

We will consider a Graduate leaver who would like to go into a business environment with their degree to gain additional work experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing the flow of information in and out of the Sales department
- Resolve customer enquiries and ensure a high level of customer service/satisfaction at all times
- Supporting all external Sales managers and agents in managing key accounts
- Pro-actively communicate and log Sales enquiry opportunities
- Prepare, send and proactively follow up on quotations
- Preparation and completion of online bids and tenders for assigned accounts; use customer portals as required
- Preparation of spreadsheets for Sales activities
- Ensuring that agreed/amended pricing is correctly reflected on the system
- Preparing proposals, marketing information, agreements, Sales reports, and presentations
- Provide cover as appropriate within the sales team
- Contract review - (ensuring contracts/blanket orders are in line with quotations)

**Person Specification**
- Would be an advantage if you have the knowledge and understanding of the general Sales process, or worked within an internal sales function
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, conscientious, adaptable and hands on
- Excellent organisational/administrative skills with an eye for detail
- Confident communicator, face to face and over the phone
- Must be IT literate and have experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ideally you must have experience of working within a fast paced environment and growing global team

This role is PART TIME Monday to Friday 9.30-14.30.
