An opportunity has become available to join our team as Office administrator within a busy building maintenance company.

We are a Building maintenance company in Birmingham carrying out contracted and private repairs and installations for our customers. We have plumbers, carpenters, bathroom installers, electricians and gas engineers in order to offer a complete service to our client base.

We are currently recruiting for full time office/admin staff, the role responsibilities include
- Phone calls to customers, contracts and engineers.
- Adding customers onto computer system using sage act
- Booking day to day repairs and project work
- Diary management for engineers
- Ordering products/parts and tracking pricing
- Quoting customers and contacts for further work
- Filing engineers paperwork
- Re-arranging work throughout the day to prioritize urgent jobs

Person Specification:
We are looking for someone who is organised, productive, and vibrant to join our team.

Ideally someone who lives close to the area due to 8:00am start.

- Able to work on own initiative

Experience of working within a similar environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

This is rewarding job role within a friendly team.

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
