**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintaining official documents, agreements, and staff files
- Answer general phone inquiries in a professional manner
- Data entry and up keep of the organisations databases, ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Provide administrative support to the management and other staff
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and external parties
- Following up requests for information
- Ensuring that project files are up to date and in order
- Creating and updating contact details for each project
- Assisting with the preparation of project and business documents
- Setting up new project files
- Ensuring that all project files are maintained

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in office administration.
- Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic typing skills
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.
- Self-motivation and enthusiasm.
- Willingness to learn.

Start Date: Immediate

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in similar role.
