**Location: Remote / Hybrid (Salford)**
**Salary: up to £26k depending on experience**
Our client is one of Europe's leading digital media service providers. Operating at the heart of MediaCityUK, our client has access to HD TV studios, digital post-production, cloud media management services and advanced connectivity options.
**Key Required Skills**:
- Previous Payroll processing experience (preferably with Cascade, desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of the full HR operations processes/employee lifecycle
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external managers and contacts
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse data
- Understanding of Zero Hour Contracts, casual holiday pay, payroll and HMRC/Tax regulations, and key payroll processes such as SSP, Maternity, pension auto enrolment, national insurance, and salary sacrifice
- Experience in processing and responding to queries relating to P11ds, P60s and other payroll related activity, and preparation and publishing of Gender Pay Gap report
- Support the HR Administrator in all aspects of HR administration
- A discreet approach with the ability to always handle sensitive business and personal information confidentially
