**The Role**

We are currently looking for an outstanding Team Administrator to join our fantastic team and help support our fast-growing business. As the Administrator, you will be tasked with taking on a variety of challenges and tasks both big and small. This is an important position within the business where you will be relied upon for a wide range of support. What’s more, there is plenty of scope to develop and grow in your role and take on more responsibility, meaning this is the perfect position in which to develop a lasting career.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Book schools in for their Bikeability training in Greater Manchester and Warrington as directed by the Co Ordinator.
- Work with the Co Ordinator to communicate with schools regarding training numbers, equipment and other logistics.
- Input bookings into portal, working with the coordinator.
- Keep the office running smoothly.
- Make agreed purchases (e.g. consumables and equipment) in a timely manner, within budget, and process deliveries. Ensure invoices are delivered to the Finance Manager
- General office administration including handling post, photocopying, filing and liaising with the office management company
- Ensure that the office spaces are kept clean and tidy
- Book meeting rooms as required
- Establish effective administrative procedures and systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
