Band 2 Administrative Assistant 37.5 hours per week

To support the Integrated Care Teams within Eden ICC, based at Penrith Hospital

You must be available to work flexibly across 5 days and provide cover for sickness and Annual Leave where required.

You should have excellent communication skills and telephone manner, and preferably have previous experience of working in a multi -disciplinary team.

You will be required to prioritise your workload and able to work to clear deadlines.

Full training will be provided for administrative systems.

As an Administrator, working with a level of supervision, undertake a range of administrative and reception duties. Maintain administrative systems and records to enable the team to delivery effective community services and to ensure that the office environment is safe, appropriately maintained and equipped.
- Provide administrative support service including
- Patient and visitor reception
- receiving and making telephone calls,
- relaying messages accurately
- process inbound and outbound mail
- filing, storage and tracking of patient records
- ordering stock and stock control
- word processing,
- faxing, laminating,
- collecting and processing data,
- photocopying/scanning;

**Standard Check**: £18 + Administration cost of £3.85 = £21.85. Deducted at £6.85 from 1st month salary and £5 deducted from salary over following 3 months.

**Enhanced Check**: £38 + administration cost of £3.90 = £41.90. Deducted at £11.90 from 1st month salary and £10 deducted from salary over following 3 months.
