This role will provide support for the marketing & business development activities of the Central region, focused specifically on the firm’s Cambridge, Milton Keynes and Chelmsford offices, in addition to pan-regional activities as required. You’ll be anintegral part of the wider regional Marketing & BD team working alongside the Regional Growth Manager and key stakeholders from both the national marketing team and fee earning teams developing, delivering and really helping the firm make a difference in theirmarket.

**A look into the role**

As a Regional Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will:

- **Supporting the delivery of the regions go to market plans - **You’ll work with the Regional Growth Manager and key stakeholders on preparing and delivering the regions marketing & BD plans. To ensure good ROI, upiMeasuring KPIs, delivering within budgetand ensuring ROI is captured, measured and communicated. You’ll support the national Client Development team in connecting the client voice programme into the regional offices, including co-ordination of online and face-to-face client reviews, and engagementwith Partner/Directors to ensure completion of all follow up actions.
- **Campaign development and delivery **- You’ll be working on a variety of regional and national marketing campaigns which support our market positioning. To help ensure excellent ROI, you’ll help to ensure appropriate follow up takes place after eachBD/marketing activity. You’ll oversee the implementation of both regional and national campaigns and projects into the region and support a coordinated approach to sector/service line activity within the region, liaising with national leads to ensure a joined-upapproach to market. You’ll work closely with the local support teams on the implementation of the business plans, in particular regional events and other BD/marketing support across the region. You’ll support teams with digital selling and raising profilethrough social media and input PR ideas to ensure our regional brand positioning is in line with our business plan.
- **Key account support - **You’ll support the region with their implementation of structured account management of focus clients and targets through active engagement in quarterly client and target account management meetings and supporting on actionsrequired. You’ll undertake research to identify regional targets and support/drive targeting campaigns to help grow these relationships.
- **Brand ambassador & support -** Part of your role will be to support and help fee-earners deliver exceptional client service and journeys. You will create content for internal regional newsletters to share events, hot topics and best practice. You’llalso contribute to quarterly business updates -highlighting success and key activity to ensure our colleagues are equipped to support clients with key issues and opportunities.

- You’ll have strong organisational skills
- You’ll ideally have some experience of managing events
- You’ll have experience of managing your own time and completing multiple tasks/assignments with potentially competing deadlines
- You’ll have an understanding of analysis, and measuring ROI
- You’ll have ideally worked in a professional services environment
