We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Growth Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager / B2b Marketing Manager to join a long-established business who are named the top global B2B services provider in their industry. They are a market leading independenttime-critical service provider which has long standing and high value relationships with their global customers.
Working in a niche industry, with a company that operates across the globe, you'll be exposed to global operations, working in a fast-paced manner. This role has a creative emphasis, focusing on branding, storytelling, events, content marketing. It's your chanceto take complete ownership, being the primary person to drive marketing efforts forward.
The role involves leading marketing globally, setting strategy and being very hands on, working with agencies when needed. You'll manage one junior person and will leverage the expert knowledge within the business to shape and execute the marketing strategy.
The Growth Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager / B2b Marketing Manager will:

- Develop & manage the social media presence on all social platforms, including the corporate social media accounts, staying up to date with social media trends
- Enhance the website to increase exposure, interaction & business enquiry
- Provide website support; updating content; monitoring the website; ensuring all pages are relevant and up-to-date
- Ensure the branded items fit the guidelines - signage; vehicle livery; marketing collateral
- Working with internal teams to source and supply branded items and maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all marketing communications materials
- Organise trade shows and peripheral marketing activity
- Working with the global team to source ideas/content for press releases; briefing ideas to company's PR agency and progressing through editing and approval to release.
- Take ownership of the marketing efforts, defining a clear marketing strategy & driving this forward
- Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Performance measurement and accountability of marketing activity
- 3+ Years' experience in B2B marketing in any industry (eg, software, technology, services, engineering, power & energy, etc), ideally having worked with large enterprise clients, high-value sells & long sale-cycles
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and superb proof-reading skills
- An excellent communicator, both orally and in writing
- Ability to work under pressure, balancing competing demands on their time
- A passion for social media and generating content
- Marketing experience ideally within the freight field
