The role of the Client Partner (AD) is to influence, lead and drive the account(s) or portion of the account; be responsible and accountable for the account's (or portion of the accounts) performance.; partner with clients and own the client relationshipsacross account(s), facilitating the clients in their role, constantly seeking to drive success for the agency.

You will have proven record of successful account ownership across global, European and domestic-level accounts. The Client Partner will possess a strong understanding of the healthcare communications market and be well-versed in trends and innovation toensure the highest quality deliverables for the agency’s clients.

You should have a strong track record of developing and nurturing client relationships, establishing effective agency-client interactions and be able to handle and influence challenging client requirements. You will be able to adapt your style of communicationto elicit the best response from the person you are communicating with.

You are able to identify and work to convert new business opportunities along with senior, creative and strategy team involvement and previously have been involved in successful new business generation.

You can suggest and implement novel and innovative solutions to both client and agency challenges, pulling in external learnings and positively impacting the business through your actions.

You will be able to analyse information to be able to identify and prevent any account issues as well as lead with problem resolution where required.

You will used to leading a team and be able to demonstrate calm leadership under pressure. You will have the ability to think broadly across the agency and consider wider agency requirements outside of your immediate account(s).

The personal requirement here is that you will be at AD level already, or ready to step-up to that level, have an excellent history of working agency-side in a healthcare advertising & promotional agency, and be a self-starter and leader of people.
