The purpose of Capita Experience is to be experts in designing, transforming, and delivering frictionless experiences for the Life Moments that really matter for our clients and their customers. The Client Partner role is instrumental in helping us pivot from a primarily transactional BPO service provider to a transformational partner for our clients. Client Partners will shape and sell solutions which underpin clients’ engagement with their customers, leveraging an exciting mix of innovative, digitally enabled, products and services.
As well as delivering the Capita Experience growth plans for the clients which they serve in the sub-Market in which they operate, Client Partners will drive a shift in Capita’s revenue mix by selling higher-value consulting and digital transformation services and in so doing move up the client value chain of our clients.
Client Partners support the Business Development team by delivering relevant market insight and analysis and originating new opportunities. Client Partners support the Consult & Transform and the Delivery Engagement Leads and work with Technology, to create access to their clients and Market to support growth. They support client relationship development and overall relationship escalations.
Client Partners will in turn be supported by sales, solution and bid expertise in the Business Development team, strategic insight, innovation, and product capability from the Strategy & Product team and by the Consult & Transform and Delivery teams to deliver transition, transformation, and service delivery commitments to our clients.
Client Partners will work alongside Divisional functional Business Partners to maximise the financial and commercial performance of client P&Ls, ensure that we deliver what we sell, and ensure that enterprise risk is managed within tolerance and delivered in line with our responsible business principles.
As a member of the Market Vertical leadership team, the Client Partner will role model our values and behaviours to ensure that positive colleague experience is at the heart of how we do business, and act as a catalyst to drive diversity of thought.

- Drive revenue, margin and free cashflow growth in Capita Experience
- Directly manage the strategic relationship and growth opportunities with clients
- Develop, maintain, and execute the account development plan for existing clients and nominated sector prospects
- Find and develop opportunities with new clients, aligned with the Market Vertical strategy
- Bring the best of Capita’s CVPs and capabilities together to deliver for our clients
- Manage the client opportunity pipeline and maintain accuracy of Salesforce
- Identify new tactical and strategic opportunities to expand share of wallet with existing clients
- Deliver Business Plan targets for existing clients through commercial management
- Lead the development of sub-vertical market strategy where appropriate
