We are looking for an Environmental Advisor to join our business in a role that will work flexibly across the Northern region

**Location**: Leeds, Greater Manchester - Northern Region - Requirement to cover multiple sites - opportunity to work flexibly

**What will you be responsible for?**

The Environmental Advisor will support some of Kier's most innovative and technically challenging projects within the the Construction Division. They will work with ambitious clients to deliver on s sustainability requirements on key construction projects, driving achievement across Environmental Assessments (e.g. BREEAM, WELL, LEED, NABERS, LETI and Passivhaus).

Your day to day will include, but not be limited to:

- Managing the collation of sustainability data in a timely manner and report to your project team and client
- Assisting Kier to develop innovative carbon, sustainability design and management approaches, methods and solutions.
- Monitor performance against our sustainability targets and action plans including undertaking sustainability audits and peer reviews
- Promoting a positive sustainability culture through proactive engagement and communications with our clients, project teams, the supply chain and designers
- Delivering sustainability training and workshops to upskill project teams

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Environmental Advisor is great for you if you:

- Hold a degree in an environment, sustainability or related discipline
- Possess Strong knowledge of BREEAM AP, LEED GA or WELL AP status
- Are knowlegable with Passivhaus standards
- Hold membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. IEMA or equivalent)
- Have a strong working knowledge of carbon
