Into The Blue Gift Vouchers is a leading and well established provider of Experience Gift Vouchers.

Based at the legendary Biggin Hill Airport we have our roots in aviation and flying experiences are our speciality. However we sell an ever changing and growing variety of experiences from flying in a Spitfire and Wing Walking to Blacksmithing, Falconry & Wine Tasting.

Main responsibilities of this role include:

- There will be a variety of administrative functions in support of voucher holders including live chat, processing, dispatch of vouchers, data entry, assistance with redemptions and booking of activities.

Key Skills/Attributes Required
- Confident telephone manner
- Good keyboard & IT skills
- Social, able to establish good relationships enabling close co-operation, a multitasker
- Thrives in a busy and sometimes hectic environment
- Previous experience working within customer service/administration environment would be preferable but not essential

Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday - Friday

During the 6 week run up to Christmas you may be required to work some Saturdays

The offices are located 1.5m from the nearest bus stop and the Airfield roads do not have pavements or lighting and so own transport is essential.

Willingness to work from home using VOIP telephone in case of winter snow preventing access or other contingencies is important. IT equipment will be provided.

Remuneration & Other Benefits

From £23,800 per annum depending on experience, to be reviewed on successful completion of probation.

Paid holiday of 20 days which rises to 22 days after 3 years service.

Auto enrolment into the company's pension scheme after 3 months.

Overtime of 1 ½ times salary paid for Saturday work.
