**Job Summary**

Chislehurst Plumbing & Heating Ltd are a company which are growing quickly therefore require an Office Administrator to help out with the office duties. This would be a full time position Monday to Friday 08.00 - 16.00. This position is key within our business as it keeps everything together to help the business run efficiently and ensures we respond quickly and efficiently to our clients. The two company directors will be giving this person direction and assist with training at the start.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Daily Duties**

Preparing invoices / sending invoices

Entering works orders into our company database

Booking in jobs with clients

Diary management between our engineers

Building relationships with our key clients

Liaising with our engineers throughout the day

**Purchase Ledger Duties**

Reconcile supplier statements

Chase outstanding invoices

**Ad-Hoc Duties**

Sending out reminder letters each month using Microsoft Word

Process ad-hoc payments as necessary

Any other duties required by the Company Directors

**Job Type** : Full-time

**Salary**: £10.00 - £13.00 per hour

**Location**:
Biggin Hill, Kent

5 days per week - Monday - Friday

08.00 - 16.00

**Qualifications and Skills**

**Required experience/skills**:
Be confident using Microsoft packages including Outlook

Good / Professional communication skills

Must be very organized with the ability to multi-task

High degree of accuracy & attention to detail

**Salary**: Up to £13.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westerham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
