Days of work**: Mon - Sun (5 days per week)**

Start and finish time**:07:00 - 17:00**

**A quick look at the role.**
- To ensure Health & Safety standards, policies and procedures are observed, maintained and reviewed.
- Ensure quality standards are observed and maintained.
- To assist in the achievement of operational and financial targets/KPI's
- Promote and manage change.
- Work flexibly within the Masons MRF team covering other key roles such as QC, Traffic Control and Weighbridge.
- To report in a timely manner Outgoing Reports and Forecasts.

- To maintain H&S standards and performance on site.
- Carry out and report on daily stock checks
- Carry our weekly and monthly forecasts for load/stock availability
- To book all outgoing loads
- Complete paperwork for outgoing drivers where necessary and report back to customers as and when needed
- To liaise with external and internal customers in a professional manner.
- Updating central system with trading agreement orders
- Complete Daily & Weekly Load Schedules
- Assist in the investigation of accident and incidents.
- Assist the team in the achievement of the sites KPI's
- To cover weighbridge as and when required.
- Undertake any training as required and provided by the company.
- Any other additional duties as required by the company

**Requirements**:

- Working knowledge of H&S, IOSH (Desirable).
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word etc) (Essential)
- Previous experience and knowledge gained in the waste sector (Desirable)
- Previous experience in a logístical/dispatch role (Desirable)
