Help us make a difference as a Baler Operative at our site in Ipswich.

The role is on a shift rotation basis, 2 weeks days, 2 weeks nights (normally mon-fri).

Salary based on 5 days a week of 45 hours a week base.

**A quick look at the role.**
- Operating Baler / Fixed Plant within the facility and occasional FLT and Loading shovel
- To maintain good 5S standards in and around the Baler
- Work to company health and safety standards
- To complete company paperwork including daily bale counts and defect checks

**Requirements**:
**Here's what we require**:

- Experience of operating fixed plant within an industrial environment
- A proactive person who has good organisational skills
- A good timekeeper, team player but with the ability to work independently
- Awareness of health & safety regulations
- Experience within the waste / recycling industry would be an advantage.
