**JOB TITLE: RECRUITMENT CO-ORDINATOR**

**LOCATION**: Wimbledon

**SALARY**: Up to £25,000 depending on experience

Our client is one of the World’s most trusted domiciliary care companies in the UK.

With a network of local offices which are supported by our clients National Office Team, they are now on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can support the recruitment functions in both their head office & local franchise offices UK wide.

The successful Recruitment Co-Ordinator will be instrumental in supporting our client in bringing the best Care and Office Staff from local areas, as to meet the ever increasing number of care hours.

This is a rare opportunity to join a fast growing company, who have big plans to continue to change the landscape of in-home care. Their Wimbledon Office Team that you will join are passionate about what they do, and what they are trying to achieve.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Work with our Franchise Owner to establish their recruitment needs.
- Plan and execute recruitment advertising campaigns using a variety of online and offline channels.

**YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE / BE**:

- A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a Recruiting role within a social care sector is highly desirable but not essential
- Demonstrative experience of previous recruitment campaigns you have launched that have gained traction, results and provided engaging content
