Job Title: Office Administrator

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Provide clerical support including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Providing a welcoming environment for customers.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with office procedures
- Use of QuickBooks would be advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
