EDS are a family owned and run company based in Carronshore. Our clients are vast and varied, with many different sectors trusting in us for their dust and fume extraction systems. Our clients include, but are not limited to wood working, paper, metal and plastic working, various workshops, têxtiles, food and agriculture, and chemical and pharmaceutical. EDS Scotland offer professional servicing and support throughout Scotland and the UK.
**Job description**
We are looking for a well organised, highly motivated, committed individual with excellent administration skills.
This post is to cover maternity leave of minimum of 6 months however there is scope for this employment to be extended into a job share.
Hourly rate is National Living Wage.
Hours Monday to Friday 9-5.
**Main Responsibilities: -**
General Administration duties - including filing, photocopying etc.
Collating information
Data input onto spreadsheets
Processing of invoices
Assisting with purchasing
Logistics
**Competencies: -**
Have experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Quick Books account system preferred (Training would be given)
Be well organised and able to priorities workload
Capable of working independently
Have good communication skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour
