ARTBOX Cafe is looking for bubbly and reliable Boutique Floor Supervisor with great customer service, leadership and organisation skills, to join our passionate team

5 day week, including weekends - exact days can be discussed (Sundays preferred) Main responsibilities
- Keyholder and leadership responsibilities
- Providing the highest standards of customer service
- High quality visual merchandising
- Organising and managing retail stock
- Achieving sales targets
- Any duties required to achieve the smooth and profitable running of the café

You are confident, outgoing and friendly. You are also reliable, organised and detail orientated with an eye for visual merchandising. You enjoy assisting people of all ages, from excited children to nostalgic adults, and from first time visitors to hardcore collectors. You will genuinely care about our customers and enjoy brightening their day

Skills and Attributes
- Previous retail experience
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and listening skills
- The ability to work independently and show initiative
- The ability to take responsibility and be accountable for your actions
- Confidence and common sense
- A great team player with the ability to promote and help build a positive work environment
- Flexibility and availability to work during our Monday to Sunday opening hours

- On occasion and when considered appropriate, you may be required to carry out other duties that fit within your strengths, including assisting our event team at London based conventions such as MCM Comic-Con
