**Host Supervisor**

We are looking for a Host Supervisor to join our new team and be the first point of contact for guests. Our department will be key in offering a warm and friendly first impression to customers and will be recognised for their quality service as well as always willing to go the extra mile to assist our guests. They will thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast-paced environment.Our Host team member will be friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable to all. Teamwork will be at the forefront of their thinking, always wanting to assist each other, as well as other members of the
team

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a team of approximately 5 hosts
- Providing quality customer service
- Welcoming guests to the venue
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor bookings
- Manage reservations
- Escort customers to assigned dining areas
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Assisting floor team when needed
- Seek out innovative ways to keep your team motivated
- Commuincate and work with General Manager and Events Manager when running events
**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Friendly personality and positive attitude
- Ability to work in high pressure situations
- Highly organised and effective at managing their own time
- Strong desire to develop and grow
- Team focused mentality
- Confidence working in a face paced environment.
- Proven experience in a high-volume hospitality environment would be advantageous.
- Right to work in the UK

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
