Social Worker - Community & Learning Disabilities Team - Bradford - £35 per hourAre you a Social Worker looking for a new challenge?Liquid Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Social Worker to join the Community and Learning Disabilities Team basedin Bradford.If you have experience working in a similar role then we would love to hear from youBenefits of the role:Highest rate in the areaAbility to work from homeStable and well supported teamMain duties of this role:Undertake preventative work with serviceusers to diminish safeguarding concerns, investigating concerns of significant harm, and making appropriate use of legislation to safeguard and promote the welfare of service users.Manage a caseload, exercising complex decision making in line with professionalcriteria and making sure that case work is appropriately planned, critically evaluated, and reviewed.Provide a social work service to individuals, their families, and carers by assessing and identifying their needs and meeting them through direct therapeuticwork, care planning and management.
