**Administrator** If you are an experienced and self-motivated administrator, who wants to work with a great team in a dynamic business, this might be just the role for you We can give you an opportunity to have real impact on a growing company, ensuring our Principals and clients are resourced and onboarded efficiently and effectively, as well as helping the Operations Director with systems and processes. **Key Responsibilities**: - Working with our Talent Manager placing and managing adverts, sifting CVs and making initial screening calls - Managing our Applicant Tracking and Onboarding systems Ensuring our Principals are compliant: organising training, checking insurance and other compliance documents are up to date - Booking and managing attendees for interview, inductions and other training meetings - Managing offboarding Principals, including archiving records and arranging exit interviews, - Managing internal surveys - Weekly and monthly reporting using Excel spreadsheets - Supporting the Operations Director in projects and initiatives, includingconference arrangements **Benefits** £21,000 to £25,000, depending on experience YRH Finance Team are a community of commercially-minded and experienced part-time finance professionals working with business owners to help their businesses grow faster and be even more successful; working in a flexible, affordable way so they can be more efficient and profitable, with better cash flow and less business risk. We are not your typical firm of accountants, and neither are we a franchise, temp or recruitment agency - You are looking for a full time role (37.5 hours a week) 9am to 5:30pm, mostly from home - You have at least three years experience as an Administrator in a similar role - You have first-rate IT skills particularly Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook & SharePoint) - You are available at no more than one months' notice - You are able to commute to Farnborough (Surrey) easily when required - You are exceptionally resourceful, adaptable, have high attention to detail and can organise yourself to ensure your output is always accurate - You are highly methodical and task-orientated and can juggle multiple priorities and projects with ease - You are warm and friendly and excel at building collaborative relationships with all stakeholders - Your written and spoken English are excellent - You have a can-do attitude to the inevitable pressures of growing a high performance business If this role sounds like you, then we look forward to hearing from you and hopefully welcoming you into our rapidly expanding team.
