**Events Operations Supervisor**

We are currently recruiting a dynamic Events Operations Supervisor to join our Private Parties team.

Ideally, our new colleague will have experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment.

We are looking for:

- Exceptional service standards.
- Someone who can create a memorable experience for our members and their guests.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- The ability to organize amazing events for our members and their guests.
- The ability to anticipate the needs of our members and recall their preferences.
- Flexibility to support other departments across the House to guarantee the best possible service to guests.
- The ability to work within a dedicated and passionate team.
- Remains calm under pressure and is excited to work in a busy and vibrant environment that operates late into the night and at weekends.
