**Job Summary**
Gorilla Events are proud to provide hospitality services to a number of high profile London events.

We are looking for experienced back of house supervisors to lead a team of KPs, floor clearers and bar back staff.
- Polo in the Park, Fulham, London. 5th - 10th June
- Mahiki, Henley-on-Thames (camping) 1st - 8th July
- F1 British Grand Prix, Silverstone (camping) 2nd - 8th July
- Wing Fest, Stratford, London. 24th - 29th July

Responsibilities include:

- Effectively motivate and lead a team of staff to ensure front of house teams are supported.
- Ensuring exceptional levels of health and safety and food hygiene at all times.
- Oversea a fruit prep operation, including core pineapples and coconuts for our cocktail serves.
- Direct a team or bar backs who will be restocking the bars with stock, fruit, ice etc.
- Direct a team of KPs/floor clearers to ensure reusable cups are returned to BOH and sorted ready to be sent back to the supplier.
- Assist in the preparation of cocktail pre-mix, working to to the specs provided.
- At least 12 months managerial/supervisory experience in a back of house setting.
- Experience on event and festival sites is an advantage.
- Experience making cocktail pre-mix is an advantage.
- Hard-working, motivated and a dedicated professional.
- A good communicator who isn't afraid to ask for support.
- Able to work under pressure at busy times.
- Have ambition to succeed and be a team player.
