**Back of House Supervisor**:
The Wolseley is an all-day cafe-restaurant in the grand European tradition, serving a wide-ranging menu of British and European classics.

**The role of Back of House Supervisor**:
This is a unique role where you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Back of House Department, and run the day to day service:

- Keeping Health and Safety standards, practice and paperwork updated regularly
- Supporting the food and non-food goods receiving process
- Stock control and cost Control
- Responsible for the Stewarding team and their day to day tasks, supporting them as needed and maintaining high staff morale
- Ensuring service contracts are been carried out as per set agreements
- Maintenance and daily upkeep of the staff facilities & laundry
- Adhere to the regulations and policies relating to Fire, Food and Health & Safety

**What we're looking for in a Back of House Supervisor**:

- Minimum of two years’ experience as a Back of House member of staff in a high volume, quality hotel or restaurant
- Ability to strengthen and develop a strong team, focused on results and exceeding expectations
- Ability to train and motivate and to conduct training workshops on back of house issues
- Ability to organise and complete work in accordance to deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel
- Good working knowledge of Goods Receiving and invoicing protocols
- Effective planner and organiser

**Contract**: Permanent

**Salary**: £13.50 per hour (Including Service Charge)
