Tymia Limited are currently recruiting for a Events Operations Supervisor to help run the day to day tasks of a large private members club establishment. Your role will involve effective teamwork and communication with the Event Sales, Kitchen and Food & Beverage departments specifically, as well as all other departments at ROSL, to ensure maximum member, visitor and guest satisfaction, in line with our values;
**What We Need**:

- To collaborate with other departments and operational staff to ensure a high quality of service delivery
- To ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient day to day operation of all events, meetings and functions
- To ensure the maximum customer satisfaction is achieved
- To act as client liaison
- To understand and follow the function sheets
- To ensure all events are suitably supervised
- To maximise sales and upselling opportunities
- To help to control liquor, small equipment and linen stocks reporting any discrepancies immediately to the Events Operations Manager or Deputy Events Operations Manager
- To assist with update function sheets with any changes on a daily basis
- Ensure effective and correct set-up, clearance and cleanliness of all events
- To ensure sufficient equipment and stocks are available for each function
- To recognise regular clients and ROSL team members
- To ensure all staff are well briefed prior to each event
- To ensure all equipment is safe and functioning, reporting any faulty equipment to maintenance
- To adhere to the ordering and finance procedures
- To assist with the implementation and training of SOP’s, updating for all events team members, when necessary
- To deal with complaints, in the first instance before escalating to the Deputy Operations Manager and/or Events Operations Manager, when necessary
- To maintain and ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- To be discrete when handling confidential matters
- Ensure department team members adhere to Club standards of appearance and personal hygiene, whilst presenting yourself as a role model
- To ensure all mandatory training is completed

- London SW1A 1LR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Event Management: 3 years (preferred)
