**Local manufacturing/signage company seeking office assistant to assit the project managers on a daily basis.**
**Brief Job Description**
- The job role will be a varied business admin role.
- Working with the project managers across multible accounts
- Liaising with customers and suppliers from our office in Blackpool
- Booking in Jobs for our fitting teams/arranging facilities,accomidation
- Costing/pricing jobs with internal software
- Organizing training and certifications
- Sorting/Filing job Sheets
**Requirements**:
- Good initiative and problem-solving skills
- Highly effective communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and perform effectively under pressure
- Confidentiality required in all aspects of the role
- Keen and willing to learn
- Punctual and reliable
This role is ideal for someone looking for a varied admin role.
