**Location: Blackpool - FY4**
**Role: Office Manager**
**Salary: £35000 - 40000 per annum - dependant on experience**
**Contract: Permanent opportunity**
**Hours of work as an Office Manager**:
**Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4.45pm**
**About the Office Manager role**:
- **To be responsible for the management, control and coordination of the personnel and processes within thedepartment and administration support area. Including targets and KPI’s, training and development**
- **Ensure all relevant commercial enquiries are correctly reviewed before being processed**
- **Undertake annual reviews of departmental staff, interviewing of staff and disciplinaries**
- **Assist and work to any QA procedures applicable to your department.**
- **Would suit an Office Manager from an engineering, manufacturing or estimating background**
**What we are looking for in anOffice Manager (required)**:
- **Experience of managing a team**
- **Experience of acustomer service facing role**
- **Experience of using Microsoft software**
