**Delivering World-Class Projects**:
You will join our Health Transformation Digital Services Team that manages several assets which support some of DWP's most vulnerable customers.
We also support and manage the delivery of the Health Transformation Programme that is putting claimants at the heart, to provide the best possible experience, which is also more efficient and cost effective.
Your role will be to make our projects are commercially viable and will deliver value, and work alongside existing services.
You know how to foster collaboration across internal boundaries.
You will manage a range of interested stakeholders, maintain the pace for delivery and work our expert internal teams - as well as external suppliers - to deliver successfully.
- Takes full responsibility for the definition, approach, planning, facilitation, and satisfactory completion of digital projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines).
- Experience of building and managing effective stakeholder relationships, considering different individual needs, views, and ideas.
- Considers the impacts of own and team's activities on stakeholders and end users. Championing inclusion and equality of opportunity for all.
- Ensure colleagues and stakeholders have a clear understanding of objectives, activities, and timeframes.
- Communicate in a straightforward, honest, and engaging manner, choosing appropriate styles to maximise understanding and impact.
- And encourages the use of different communication methods, including digital resources, ensuring communication has a clear purpose and considers people's individual needs.

You'll will join us in our **Blackpool Digital hub.**
We also have all the tools and tech we need to enable our people to work flexibly. We work a hybrid model, so you can expect to be in the office about 40% of the time.
In return for your skills, we offer a competitive salary of **up to £41,480.**
You'll be eligible for a brilliant civil service pension with employer contributions worth 27.1%. For a starting salary of £40,000, for example, that would mean DWP put nearly £11,000 in your pension pot each year.
You'll also have a generous leave package starting at 26 days, plus all the usual bank holidays, and the option to take extra days off on flexi leave.
