**WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR / NEWTON ABBOT - PERMANENT ROLE**

**Location**: Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot
**Assignment**: Permanent contract
**Hours**: Monday to Friday 08:30pam - 17:00ppm
**Salary**: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum + overtime paid at x1.5

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment business) are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor based in Newton Abbot on a permanent contract.

**Duties as a Warehouse Supervisor**:

- Organizing shipments, stock taking and dealing with customers on an ad hoc internal request
- Responsible for supervising all day to day operating of a 4 staff warehouse team
- Providing support to staff and ensuring that targets are met
- Monitoring staff performance
- Working alongside and communicating with other departments and their teams such as Workshop, Sales and Technical departments
- Training and developing of warehouse staff within area of responsibility
- Responsible for dealing with all daily requests or issues within warehouse operating
- Raising major issues and requests to management team
- Report weekly to Manager providing an update and going through any major issues
- Promoting the company at all times when dealing with customers
- Order picking for both internal B.O.M’s and customer sales orders
- Re-stocking of components into warehouse when required
- Serving customer with products at busy trade counter
