We are looking for someone who is able to take on Customer Operations responsibilities. The role should be primarily focused on coordinating operations within the customer support, customer success and account management departments related to customer requirements and company strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Using Jira, monitor, respond to and coordinate actions for incoming tickets. Collaborating with colleagues and various departments
- Using Hubspot, coordinate and manage internal tickets and ensure completion within internal SLA requirements
- Respond to customer messages via Intercom, ensuring customer service and efficient support at all times
- Using Healthera's in built platform, monitor and respond to SLA breaches across our customer base, ensuring a quality patient experience at all times
- Coordinate and onboard new customers post-sale, before handing over to the Account Management department.
- Support the Sales & Account Management department with sales coordination duties

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a customer facing role previously (desirable)
- Extremely organised individual
- Able to work within a fast paced environment
- Healthera believe in growing and promoting talent, ambition is a plus
