**Programme specific duties QTEMPS**
- To respond to customer and to escalate any urgent or important situations to the QTemps Coordinator
- To set up and finish contracts on the database system when required.
- Provide data for quality assurance and impact reports
- Ensure the accurate and timely implementation of procedures relating to the management of a temp agency desk, including: holiday, absence and grievance; pay; job descriptions;
**QTASTER**
- To prepare the QM Plus module page for the programme, updating all documents and enrolling successful students onto the module
- Assist the Programme Coordinator in the delivery of the pre-programme skills training session and the post-programme reflective training session.
- To set up all QTaster events on Target Connect, restricting the events to our placed cohort of students, briefing students on our booking system policy, confirming students their bookings and operating waiting lists, monitoring students absences and students’ attendance to the sessions
- To set up and administer feedback polls to capture students skills gain pre and post QTaster, and administer polls to students and employers gathering specific feedback on each individual QTaster visit. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and assist the Programme Coordinator in evaluating the programme and writing impact reports
- Assist the Programme Coordinator in reviewing the students reflective piece submissions to have QTaster listed in the students’ HEAR (online transcript at graduation).
- Gather students case studies/testimonials

**Other duties**
- To cover the Careers & Enterprise information desk on an ad-hoc basis and provide support with booking appointments and signposting students, staff and visitors to events and services.
- Experience of providing administrative support
- Experience of working within recruitment-related role
- Experience of providing event support, including helping to set up venues
- Experience of working within a higher education environment
- Experience of writing basic promotional content for marketing materials and social media
- Experience of managing a database or Client Relationship Management System
- A basic understanding of employment law
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to work with a wide range of people
- Good organisational skills, including ability to prioritise own workload and work with limited supervision
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines
- Good attention to detail and a systematic approach to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Part-time

**Salary**: £13.57 per hour
