**Location**: Glasgow, G5
**Pay**: £39,975 DOE
**Hours**: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

As an **MRV Ops Support** at Securitas, you’ll do more than coordinate logistics—you’ll be a key player in delivering safety and service excellence across a high-profile client portfolio. Your presence and proactive approach will help protect people, assets, and reputations.
Whether you're liaising with Joint Operations Centres, managing MRV deployments, or analysing operational data, as an **MRV Ops Support** you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, purpose-driven team. **Job Description** Responsibilities**
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Coordinate deployment and operation of MRV assets across client locations
- Manage logístical issues to ensure MRV serviceability
- Monitor and collate daily MRV reports
- Analyse operational data and KPIs to improve performance
- Act as liaison between MRV assets and Client Joint Operations Centre
- Respond proactively to threats, incidents, and wellbeing concerns
- Gather incident evidence using Body Worn Cameras when directed
- Support security-related tasks allocated by CSO PS JOC and RSM
- Maintain a smart, visible, and alert presence at all times
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Securitas values
- Build strong working relationships across teams
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Solve problems with initiative and confidence
- Stay organised and focused under pressure
- Uphold integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness in every action

**Qualifications** What we’re looking for**:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
**Essential**
- Valid SIA DS/CP Licence
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- 5-year checkable work history
- Strong customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work independently
- Organised and people-focused
- Willingness to obtain Enhanced DBS (location dependent)
**Desirable**
- Experience in security operations coordination
- Familiarity with MRV or mobile security assets
- Knowledge of incident reporting and evidence handling
