Zachary Daniels is supporting a highly recognised retailer seeking a Strong Retail Co-ordinator to support their long standing Stores and Concessions in the ROI Market. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Long standing Store Manager or Deputy Manager seekingto step out of the operational role into a Head office functional role that requires the understanding of the day to day operations of stores combined with organisational and administration duties.

**What will the role involve as a Retail HQ Administrator;**
- You will communication effectively between warehouse to stores ensuring deliveries our correct and making the revenant changes to discrepancies.
- Supporting stores across the region on an issues with POS and IT directing them to the correct head functions to be resolved.
- coordinated and set up all requests for additional in store equipment for stores to maintain the Visual Standards in stores.
- ensure employee engagement is maintain to its highest standards by managing and execute the celebration of anniversaries, in store incentives and rewards etc..
- Coordinate all meetings and communication of internal invites to ensure all attendance is met.
- Maintain internal pricing, coding and invoice systems to effectively keep business in correct pricing and stock management.
- You will be responsible to maintenance of the onsite Showroom on Visual merchandising, style reports, external catalogues for ordering of replenishment stock and is effectively available at all times to stakeholders / Store Managers.
- Been the in house host for stakeholders to ensure are welcomed on visits and needs met.
- Processing of the in house deliveries for your own showroom on a weekly bases.
- completing of faulty write offs for the warehouser to ensure none go out to store locations.
- Responsile for the following reports; weekly sales for the retailers, spreadsheet management, invoices.
- Organising and execution of all internal events and organisation of the travel across the different functions.

**What will you need to be successful as a Retail HQ Administrator;**
- Currently working in a highly demanding administration role or alternatively working in a large footprint store at Store Management level.
- Be degree qualified in Business Administration would be desirable.
- Strong skills in Excel, Word, powerpoint and use of internal systems.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to be highly successful in this role due to the area's of responsibility.
- Have a real passion for the retail sector and providing excellent customer service skills to your stakeholders.
- You will require to hold a Drivers License as this role will require travel between Head Office locations in Cork remit.
