Business Development Executive/ Manager

Are you an experienced Territory Manager covering Northern Ireland and/or the Republic of Ireland? Are you interested in selling beautifully crafted luxury products? CSG are currently partnered with a luxury goods manufacture who are looking to add someone to their team to cover Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. My client is looking for someone who has experience driving new business as well as managing existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: To exceed levels of turnover and profitable sales by offering exceptional customer service from order to delivery To ensure all contractual documentation (including CAD forms) relating to customers are accurately processed in a timely manner Represent the business positively whilst visiting customers, attending conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions, which will involve travel in the UK and abroad To contribute to the budgeting and regular forecasting process To help retailers maintain excellent merchandising standards for the products As part of the Sales team, support other team members and customers to wider meet the Sales plan To provide regular and ad-hoc reporting as required by the business To ensure all required administration is completed accurately and on time To continuously look for ways to make improvements Any other duties as required from time to time Key Skills Experience in a sales environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel and work in the field Good level of numeracy and literacy Excellent organisational skills Enthusiastic and proactive Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong relationship builder Continually improving the way we do things, keeping it simple Being resilient and able to deal with the demands of the business IT literate in Excel and Word Full, clean driving license
