**Job Overview**

Mini Soccer Advance was created in 2018 and has quickly become the chosen place for FUN football for children aged 3 - 12 - where we coach 400 children every Saturday morning and operate across 4 locations in Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training sessions to enhance children's football skills and performance, in line with company values.
- Collaborate with our current team of 20 coaches, to ensure each class offers maximum value to children.
- To work with children aged 3 - 12 and adapt your coaching style to align with the age of the children you are working with.
- Communicate with children and parents in the right manner, whilst always remaining professional.

**Coaching children is a great responsibility and ultimately very rewarding. If you are confident and out-going, great with young children, 100% reliable, not scared of an early start and interested in contributing to the local community, then get in touch.**

**Requirements**:

- Experience in sports coaching
- Ability to educate players on the rules and tactics of football
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for developing children both individually and as a team

**MUST HAVE VALID ENHANCED DBS OR BE WILLING TO HAVE ONE DONE**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00-£19.00 per hour
