**Description**:
**Contract**:Full Time, 35 hours per week (Monday-Sunday)

To coordinate the successful identification and recruitment of players within the U11 - U14 age groups within the Academy as well as overseeing all aspects of the Junior Training Centre programme.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the identification and recruitment of players within the U11-U14 age groups.
- Oversee all aspects of the Junior Training Centre programme including training & fixtures.
- Advise and manage the progress of players within the Junior Training Centre programme.
- Ensure all administration and operational duties associated with the Junior Training Centre are kept up to date.
- Support the Academy Recruitment Officer (U7 - U10) and Academy Head of Recruitment (U15 - U21) when required.
- Identify and monitor suitable clubs/organisations that could support scouting & recruitment within the Academy.
- Establish a network of contacts within grassroots and other forms of football throughout the clubs catchment area.
- To act and conduct yourself in a professional manner appropriate to a representative of AFC Bournemouth.
- As a member of staff to ensure in all matters, you follow and actively promote the club’s mental health policies and practices to ensure an open, non-judgmental and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Essential**
- Scouting & Recruitment Experience
- FA Level 2 in Talent Identification
- Full Valid Driving License
- Valid DBS
- Safeguarding Children Certificate
- Computer Literate

**Desirable**
- FA Level 3 in Talent Identification
- Academy Experience
- Degree in a Sports-Based Field
