Kimpton Charlotte Square are looking for a passionate Leisure and Spa Team Leader to join our exciting Spa Team
- Kimpton Charlotte Square - located in one of Edinburgh’s most beautiful squares in the New Town, this hotel is a perfect point between old and new. **We are Looking for Leisure and Spa Team Leader who can commit to 5 Days per week, 40 Hours a week.**
- We are paying £12.00 per hour, every hour worked paid_

As our Leisure and Spa Team Leader, you will work with our Spa Team and assist the Spa Manager in promoting our Spa facilities and providing excellent service to ensure maximum profitability and amazing guest experiences. You will work to ensure the cleanliness of our facilities and ensure all health and safety procedures are being met within the team across all areas of the Gym and Spa/Pool. You will be motivated by coaching others and developing your team, have experience in conducting 1 to 1s and providing support where needed in terms of training and onboarding. We are looking for someone who is confident in communicating across the wider hotel team and who loves to be part of something fast-paced and exciting.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means we can offer great flexibility if required.

**To succeed in our Leisure and Spa team, you will need**:

- To be passionate about delivering great service and have experience working within a property of similar size
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader, ability to motivate and develop employees
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedures within a Spa facility, experience working within a similar sized Spa facility
- To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
