Here at Holyrood Edinburgh Leisure Club and Spa, our facilities are amongst the best in the area. Our Leisure and Spa Receptionists are the first and last person our members and guests see when visiting so this is a critical role.

On hand to offer advice, ensuring the very best Leisure and Spa guest journeys, and answering any questions our members have, you are the ‘go to’ person, greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.

In the heart of the city of Edinburgh with views overlooking Holyrood park.

**The Person**

Our Leisure and Spa Team Members are dedicated hospitality professionals who enjoy working on their own initiative, demonstrate a flexible approach and can multi-task. Most importantly they do all this with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a relentless drive for excellence.

More than experience, it is important to us that our Leisure and Spa Team Members bring a natural passion for hospitality that will stand out to guests and colleagues alike.

Your natural flair for engaging with guests to ensure they feel they are in safe hands will be second to none. Most importantly we are looking for people who enjoy putting smiles on the faces of others.

You role will include taking telephone reservations, taking payments, spa show-rounds, laundry duties, pool testing and recording and cleaning of the Gym, Pool and spa areas.
