Marketing Assistant/ Executive- Group Marketing

We are looking for an assistant or executive to join our marketing team. You will be part of a team, which develops and executes our own internal and external campaigns and supports our new business effort.

You may be a new graduate or have some experience already in a marketing environment. You will need to be a good writer, digitally-savvy and able to work at a fast pace on multiple projects and will need excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills. Any additional software or digital skills would be a bonus.

You will be involved with these types of projects and campaigns:

- Maintaining our website
- Creating content and engagement on our social channels
- Writing blogs and news content
- Creating digital campaigns
- Creating shot lists to brief into videographers
- Assisting on the entering of agency and client awards
- Looking after our CRM and intranet
- Working on agency events
- Supporting our new business team
