**Home Care Assistant**

**Join our team of Home Care Assistants in Huddersfield for one hour calls - pay starts at £13.00 per hour, interviews ASAP, part time, immediate start, drivers with access to their own vehicles needed.**

Position: Domiciliary Home Care Assistant

Location: Huddersfield

Hours: Part time & alternate weekend working required

**Salary**: £13.00 - £16.00 per hour

**About the role**:
As a **Home Care Assistant**, you will be supporting clients with medication, personal care, meal prep and light domestic duties.

You will support individuals at home, promoting independence while preserving their dignity, privacy, choice, and rights.

**About you**:
As a **Home Care Assistant**, you will be able to show a high level of initiative and empathy when caring for clients. You will also need to be able to communicate at all levels effectively and be able to recognise changes in your clients needs.

To succeed in the role of a **Home Care Assistant** you will have:

- Driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- Good comprehension of the English language
- Reliability and flexibility
- Accurate record keeping
- Ability to work as a team and alone
- Empathetic and caring nature
