Home Care Assistant

**Right to work in the UK required**

**Join our team of Home Care Assistants in Honley and surrounding areas for one hour calls - pay starts at £13.00 per hour, interviews ASAP, full/part time, immediate start, drivers with access to their own vehicles needed.**

**What we offer**:

- Pay from £13.00-£16.00 per hour (bank holidays £16 p/h)
- Paid mileage between visits (30p per mile)
- One-hour minimum visits - no rushing, time to build relationships
- Alternate weekends off and rotas given 4 weeks in advance
- 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) and pension scheme
- Paid training and support to gain diploma qualifications
- Carer awards, referral scheme, and a supportive, friendly team

**About the role**

You’ll support people in their own homes, helping them live independently with dignity and respect. This may include medication support, personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, and companionship.

**About you**

**All you need is**:

- A caring, empathetic nature
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle

Full training and ongoing support provided. We also value unpaid caring experience.
