**This is an extremely wide and varied role within the organisation presenting a mix of routine tasks and duties alongside unpredictable daily challenges, the days are never boring. The role requires a person with excellent communication and organisational skills with an eye for attention to detail in meeting ever changing challenges and deadlines. In performing their duties, the post holder will have access to confidential information therefore it is imperative that trust and confidentiality be maintained whilst conducting this significant role.**

**Whilst providing a wide range of support services for the Managing Director and Senior Management team the post also does provide an opportunity to grow the role and play a significant part in the transformation and development of the organisation, a growing emphasis is placed on the HR function of the role using Bamboo HR as a support tool. This role does involve a “front of house” position with the role holder being the first point of contact, a warm and friendly personality is an invaluable asset.**

**The role...**
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and Management team.
- Diary management of the Managing Director and Management team.
- Administration and a level of control of key Business functions and services such as Insurance, Pensions, Legal requirements, standard procedures etc.
- HR administration whilst developing the HR role to meet the changing needs of the business.
- First point of contact for all business service providers such as IT, Telecommunications etc.
- First point of contact for all business partners, charities etc.
- Provide a level of cover for other office administration functions.

**Skills/Qualifications...**
- HR experience. Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential.
- Experience of Sage would be useful but not essential.
