**Your role in the team**

You'll spend your time working in a high paced environment where you will manage promotions, bonus configuration and content across multiple workstreams and systems. You'll use your knowledge of data to analyse promotions and customer behaviour and use this information to help influence decisions.
- It's important that you have a passion for Stakeholder Management, you will have responsibility for driving and supporting key relationships across a number of functions, as well as 3rd party suppliers. You will have the opportunity to personally own promotions and projects which will directly influence numbers on the gaming side of the business.

You'll get involved in providing specific reports, analysing our performance against KPIs and making recommendations for improvement. We'd like to hear your ideas and contributions as we develop the best possible working practices. This includes researching and recommending better ways to deliver results, monitoring competitor behaviour and sites for frequent content reviews. You'll be part of a large Gaming team who produce great work that gives our customers a brilliant betting experience.

**Skills and experience**

We really do need you to have a passion for Gaming and betting We react to the fast pace of real life events, so you'll need to thrive on this. We'll give you training and support, but you must be able to work with an analytical approach with a view to problem solving and a keen eye for details. If you're forward thinking, adaptive to change and have great attention to detail, you'll fit right in.

It will be great if you can naturally balance promotion and analysis in all aspects of your work - you must be confident in reporting and working with data, numbers, charts and graphs. Communication and influencing skills are important, as are problem solving skills.

You'll need to have an excellent command of the English language, writing and speaking, and be confident using MS Office-packages
