**Customer Service Assistant - Admissions & River** The London Eye London, GREATER LONDON, SE1 7PB United Kingdom **What we are looking for** - Lots of experience working in a customer facing environment - Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour - Excellent communicator who loves to interact with people of all ages - Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality - Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills - To be available to work weekends and bank holidays First and foremost, these are guest facing roles to support and engage with customers, offering an outstanding experience to each visitor via excellent customer service. Working as an Admissions & River Cruise Host, you could find yourself working on the tills, checking tickets, selling goodies at our various retail outlets and actively upselling at every opportunity. You’ll find yourself helping customers as they make their way throughout the attraction. The London Eye gets extremely lively, so you’ll do this through high levels of interaction and a great sense of fun. We have 2 full time positions, one is a permanent contract and one is a fixed term contract.
